I have spent my career helping organisations grow, from complex regulated environments to hands-on work with SMEs. What has always stood out is how much potential sits inside well-run businesses, and how important it is that they end up with people who genuinely care about their future.

My wife and I started Laudate Group because we wanted to build something that reflected the values we actually believe in. Not a vehicle for quick returns. Not a platform for growth at any cost. A proper, considered ownership group focused on the long term.

Our aim is simple: to be the kind of buyers you feel confident passing your business to. People who will look after your team, protect your reputation, and build on the foundations you have created.
